BOSTON, MA – Tax Credit Asset Management, a leading investment manager in the affordable housing industry, today announced its selection by the Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) to perform asset management services for properties financed by the Section 1602 Tax Credit Exchange and Tax Credit Assistance programs of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
The UHC selection is the most recent assignment for TCAM from a public sector agency.
