Daniel M. Monfried

As President and Chief Operating Officer of R.J. Finlay & Co., Daniel Monfried’s expertise is based on more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, advising ultra-high net worth individuals and exploiting hidden value in emerging companies. Mr. Monfried has served as an advisor to institutional investors focusing on portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, institutional recapitalizations, and implementing new models to help businesses reach maturation.

Prior to joining R.J. Finlay & Co., Mr. Monfried held executive positions at several financial institutions including Midlantic Corp., J.P. Morgan and UBS. He has managed public and private equity portfolios, hedge funds, early stage venture investments, and been instrumental in merging and integrating acquisitions.

Mark Runde

Mark Runde joined R.J. Finlay & Co. in 2012 with over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry with a particular focus in valuation and acquisitions. As the Senior Asset Manager for R.J. Finlay & Co., Mr. Runde oversees the acquisition and asset management process for all multifamily properties. Prior to joining R.J. Finlay & Co., Mr. Runde held executive level positions at firms including CW Capital and New Boston Fund, Inc. where he was involved in over $500 million of acquisition and development deals. He was involved in deal sourcing, market research, financial modeling, contract negotiations, joint venture structure, due diligence and closing.
